Return or onward ticket and VALID PASSPORT or proof of citizenship and personal identification. virgin-island authoroties require all visitors to have in theri possession one of the following items:

• VALID PASSPORT (FRENCH: NATIONAL FRENCH IDENTITY CARD)
• BIRTH CERTIFICATE
• U.S. NATURALIZATION CERTIFICATE
• U.S. ALIEN REGISTRATION CARD
• U.S. REENTRY PERMIT

Please Note: A U.S. REGISTRATION CARD IS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE AS A PRIMARY DOCUMENT FOR PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP.

Drugs

The possession, sale, use or distribution of illegal drugs constitutes a criminal offence punishable by law and conviction on drug charges can lead to stiff fines and jail sentences in the Virgin Islands' not-too-enjoyable detention facility.

What to Wear

Beach attire worn elsewhere tends to offend residents. Therefore, wear proper attire (no bare chests or midriffs) in residential and commercial areas. Bring long pants and hiking shoes if you intend to hike.
