Shopping
Shopping in the British Virgin Islands is as laid back as the rest of
our activities. There are no high-tech shopping malls, but instead a collection
of small boutiques, often housed in West Indian houses in the older areas
of Road Town. Our newer establishments maintain the aura of quiet hospitality.
This is not a place to shop for gold chain by the inch by the inch or yard
or for the latest in cameras or computers, but we do have a little of everything
and at very good prices.
Enjoy duty free shopping. Liquor prices in the British Virgin Islands are so low
that - even with duty added - savings can be made by purchasing in
the British Virgin Islands.
