Documents You'll Need

Return or onward ticket and VALID PASSPORT or proof of citizenship and personal identification. Trinidad & Tobago authoroties require all visitors to have in theri possession one of the following items:

  • VALID PASSPORT (FRENCH: NATIONAL FRENCH IDENTITY CARD)
  • BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  • U.S. NATURALIZATION CERTIFICATE
  • U.S. ALIEN REGISTRATION CARD
  • U.S. REENTRY PERMIT
Please Note: A U.S. REGISTRATION CARD IS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE AS A PRIMARY DOCUMENT FOR PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP.

Customs Made Easy

Each visitor may bring into Bermuda - DUTY FREE:

  • Clothing and articles for personal use
  • 50 cigars
  • 200 cigarettes
  • 454 grams (1 lb.) tobacco
  • 1.137 litres (1 qt.) spirit

Taxes and Gratuities

Air passenger - (TT) $75

(Collected at the Bermuda Airport on departure)

What to Wear

Casual lightweight, but elegant. Keep swimwear for the beach and the pool. "Cover up" on business or shopping trips, and dress appropriately for church services (no shorts or sleeveless vests please).
