Documents You'll Need
Return or onward ticket and VALID PASSPORT or proof of citizenship and personal identification. st-vincent-grenadines authoroties require all visitors to have in theri possession one of the following items:
- VALID PASSPORT
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- U.S. NATURALIZATION CERTIFICATE
- U.S. ALIEN REGISTRATION CARD
- U.S. REENTRY PERMIT
Please Note: A U.S. REGISTRATION CARD IS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE AS A PRIMARY DOCUMENT FOR PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP.
Restricted Items
Firearms
Licensed firearms must be declared and are subject to immigration and police regulations. An application must be made to the Commissioner of Police for a local licence. Undeclared and unlicenced firearms will be seized by the authorities.
Customs Made Easy
Each visitor may bring into st-vincent-grenadines - DUTY FREE:
- Clothing and articles for personal use
- 50 cigars
- 200 cigarettes
- 454 grams (½ lb.) tobacco
- 1.137 litres (1 qt.) liquor or wine
Taxes and Gratuities
Departure Tax - EC$20
What to Wear
Light informal clothes. Visitors should not wear bathing suits or mini shorts in the streets or stores. Bring long pants and hiking shoes if you intend to hike.
