Credit cards are accepted by virtually every shop and restaurant, and most hotels. Visitors should check in advance to ascertain which properties accept credit cards.
Currency
The East Caribbean dollar is the official currency. It is tied to the US dollar at $2.70 EC per $1.00 US. The exchange rate versus other currencies fluctuates according to world money markets.
