Workers' celebration with massive rally at Queen's Park, St. George's, and individual Trade Unions' Fetes. (May)

La Source Grand Anse Race

Yatch race around the buoys in Grand Anse Bay. (June)

Fisherman's Birthday Celebration

The most popular town for the celebration is Gouyave in the parish of St. John's. It involves the blessing of fishing boats and nets, boat racing, street dancing, and culminates in a type of mini-carnival. (June)

Venezuela Independence Day Regatta

Two days of racing from St. George's Harbour to the South Coast and back. (July)

Carriacou Regatta

Workboat races and cultural shows, street parties, sporting activities, artistic performances, and Big Drum dances. (Aug.)

Rainbow City Festival

A popular festival in Greenville in the parish of St. Andrew's. There are displays of local arts and crafts, and products of local manufacture. Plenty of food, drinks, and music keep the festival spirit alive. (Aug.)

Grenada's Carnival

Steelband, Queen Show, Calypso Competition, and Pageant, with a "last lap" jump up on Tuesday. (Aug.)

Carib Beer "End of Hurricane Season" Yatch Regatta

Clarke's Court Extempore Competition

Calypsonians compete to become the Extempore King of Grenada. (Nov.)

Matching Race off Grand Anse

Floating headquarters provide the venue for one-on-one racing in fast dinghies. (Nov.)
